Bouky Labhard
| Artist Biography Bouky Labhard is a native of Greece and has been a resident of Minnesota since 1970. She has a degree in Architecture and Interior Design from L'Ecole des Arts Decoratifs in Geneva Switzerland. She has leveraged her leadership, language, and artistic talents in her volunteer work for non-profit organizations including the Minneapolis Institute of Arts, the Alliance Francaise, Montessori school system and the Montessori Foundation. Bouky's interest in photography began over twenty years ago. She obtained her training at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design (MCAD). You will witness her love for architecture and the environment in her photographs taken in many parts of the world. In her latest body of work she reveals her interpretation of nature’s complexity and beauty - in abstraction.
